Q:What is your return policy?
A:  All returns are accepted immediately on DOA products - contact seller for return details.  Please review our "Refunds & Returns" page regarding other returns.

Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:  Contact customer service regarding combined shipping; some items purchased from our various online shops can be combined into one shipment.

Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:  Orders are processed within 1 - 2 days of receipt of payment. Shipping times depend on the carrier.

Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A:  Shipping and handling charges are specified in your shopping cart prior to checkout.

Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:  Some items can be shipped internationally; contact customer service for details on international orders.

Q:Are your items new?
A:  Unless otherwise specified in the listing - ALL items are new, in manufacturer's original packaging with the manufacturer's warranty.

Q:Are your items guaranteed?
A:  All new, in box items carry the original manufacturer's warranty. Contact manufacturer for details.

Q:Can I get a refund?
A:  Refunds are given after we have had the opportunity to resolve your problem to your satisfaction and are unable to do so. Refund requests must be made within thirty days of receipt of your order.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A:   Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page on the e-tail site you are shopping through. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.   Or you can use our toll-free number, email, or chat features to check the status of your order.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A:  You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.  However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. In most cases, UPS Standard Ground Shipment is FREE!
